For proctored exams (BoR - Business of Retail: Operations & Profit, CSS - Customer Service & Sales, SCIL - Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics) you have the option to purchase an Exam Retake license if a student of yours failed the exam.

There is one retake exam included with each unproctored exam (RIF - Retail Industry Fundamentals), so if a student fails the exam the first time, the Exam Retake license will automatically be added to their account so they can retake the exam anytime. If the student fails the exam a second time, you will need to purchase a new Exam Retake license and assign it to them.

If you are a self-pay student, you can purchase the license by yourself. If you are taking the course through an organization, then your organization or teacher has to buy the license and then assign it to you.
